1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“terms”) govern your use of https://www.korapace.com and your purchase of goods from Korapace, a UK based online store selling sensory-comfort clothing. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to these terms.
2. Our products
We sell sensory-comfort clothing and related items. Product images are for illustration; we make every effort to display colours and details accurately, but slight variations in colour or fabric are possible. Sizes are shown on each product; we encourage you to check the sizing guidance before ordering.
3. Orders
Placing an order forms an offer to purchase. We will confirm acceptance when we email your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if the item is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud) and will refund any amount paid. It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery and contact details.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We take care that prices are correct, but if an error is found we will tell you before dispatching and you may cancel or reconfirm at the correct price. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch made-to-order items within the times shown on the product page and at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If you have not received your order within a reasonable time, contact us at connect@korapace.com.
6. Returns and refunds
